This in-person class is designed for mothers of adult children who are navigating the transition into the second season of life.

Rather than reinventing yourself, you’ll expand your identity by recognizing the strengths, intelligences, and capacities you developed — and often strengthened — during your active mothering years.

This is a structured, educational experience (not therapy) that provides practical frameworks for:

• Identity beyond active mothering
• Recognizing natural strengths and intelligences
• Clarifying priorities for this season
• Designing supportive daily rhythms and systems
• Creating meaningful contribution without overextension
